We have a no quibble returns guarantee, so if you are not happy with your purchase, or would like to exchange, please send an email to hello@oceanclothes.com stating that you are returning the item and why. We will provide a refund on the item but all return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when it arrived, including all tags and packaging, and you send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Please send it to:

Please include the order number in the package and then make sure that it is securely packed and when it arrives we will provide you with a refund or exchange.

Items should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery as this will provide you with a tracking number for the item you are returning or at the very least with Proof Of Posting. Ocean Clothes cannot accept responsibility for items lost that are not returned by recorded delivery.

All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service advisor.

Upon inspection of returned product, Ocean Clothes will issue a refund to the card used for the purchase.
