Ocean Clothes is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. We have a no quibble returns guarantee at Ocean Clothes. So if you are not happy with your purchase, or would like to exchange, please send an email to hello@oceanclothes.com stating that you are returning the item and why. We will provide a refund on the item but all return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when it arrived, including all tags and packaging, and you send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. A returns label for you to use is provided in the original package. Then just pop the item in the post to us, making sure that it is securely package and when it arrives we will provide you with a refund or exchange. 

Items should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery as this will provide you with a tracking number for the item you are returning. Ocean Clothes cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.

All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service advisor.

Upon inspection of returned product, Ocean Clothes will issue a refund to the card used for the purchase.

Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.
